Preheat the oven (electric stove: 180 ° C / convection: 160 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Grease a baking dish (approx. 17 x 23 cm). Separate the eggs for the sponge cake. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt and 75 g of sugar. Mix in the egg yolks one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder. Sieve over the egg mass, fold in. Stir in 80 g of cream. Smooth out the mixture in the tin and bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes.

Mix 120 g cream, condensed milk and sweetened condensed milk with the whisk of the mixer for approx. 2 minutes. Take the sponge cake out of the oven and prick it with a wooden stick approx. 1 cm apart. Spread the icing over the cake. Let cool, chill for approx. 2 hours.
